Refund Policy

A practical policy for coaching and prep services.

We want candidates to feel treated fairly while also respecting the time involved in coaching, diagnostics, preparation, and live sessions. If you have a billing concern, contact us and we will review it carefully.

Before a service begins

If a paid coaching service has not started and no session has been delivered, refund requests are generally easier to review. Contact us as soon as possible with your booking details.

After a session is delivered

Completed live sessions, diagnostics, and coaching time are typically not refundable because the service has already been provided. We may review exceptional cases individually.

Rescheduling

If your schedule changes, contact us before the session time. We will try to reschedule reasonably when there is enough notice and coach availability.

Digital materials

Digital resources and guide materials may have different refund treatment depending on whether access has already been granted or the material has been delivered.

We do not promise a specific interview outcome as part of any service.
